This exhibit highlights the powerful Black influence on American foodways and eating patterns. Recognizing important chefs, restaurants, music, and culture! This is by far the accomplishment I am most proud of. It will be displayed in the Culinary Institute of America's Conrad N. Hilton Library for 4 years!

This exhibit highlights the powerful Black influence on American foodways and eating patterns. Recognizing important chefs, restaurants, music, and culture! This is by far the accomplishment I am most proud of. I even went as far as calling the featured restaurants to get the best recommendations with QR codes to scan to make a reservation or apply for a job. It will be displayed in the Culinary Institute of America's Conrad N. Hilton Library for 4 years!
