Hey :)

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me, my brand, and my philosophy.

About ME! Adrianna!

After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in 2024, I started working downtown at The Citrus Club. I've had the honor of learning new techniques and knowing great people. We do banquets, special events, and offer gourmet food in different dining areas

Cooking has always been a part of my life. When I was 4, my parents caught me in the kitchen with a Pillsbury biscuit in a pot with seasonings on it (The stove was off). Cooking Mama was my favorite game as a kid. My best memories surround food: Sunday dinner at Grandma's house, cooking with my best friends, and trying new restaurants with my mom.

Life is about our connections with each other and the environment around us. Food fosters these connections in a way nothing else can. It can bypass any language barrier and is enjoyed across all walks of life . All the food we eat, whether plants or animals, lived a life before making it to our plates.

In the culinary world, I would describe myself as a biophile and a surrealist. Food can disrupt expectations and blur the line between reality and imagination. This can happen through an experience of textures, sound, flavor, and aroma.  I love having bright colors in my food because it is a reminder of nature's beauty and a reflection of how I was feeling when making it.

I see food as more than sustenance. Food tells stories about billions of people, inviting us to learn about, embrace, and appreciate our differences. Every meal we have together celebrates life, community, and each other.

I am committed to showing food's life. From roots to plates, food is ALIVE, EXPRESSIVE, and UNPREDICTABLE!

My culinary journey is a story of love. Love of food. Love of community. Love of the environment, spices, herbs, and biodiversity. Thank you for your support!
